CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Non-Refundable: Once purchased, the ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal changes in plans, travel cancellations, illness, or any other personal reason or force majeure.

2. Time Change: We offer the flexibility to change the entry time on the same day of the event or service. To make this change effective, you must notify us as soon as possible by calling our contact number or sending a message via WhatsApp.

3. Discounts and Supplements: We offer special discounts on tickets between 2pm and 3pm. If you decide to change the ticket to another time that is not within this discounted time interval, it will be necessary to pay a supplement. The amount of the supplement will vary depending on the new time selected for the event/service. It is important to add that discounts are not cumulative with other promotions.
